Salesman was new and needed me to tell him what options were available when I found a truck I wanted a price on he took me to the sales manager the manager wrote down the full list price like it was a joke and told me to come back when I had shopped around very unprofessional

Purchased 2 Jeep Wranglers in January. Josh did a great job helping us find 2 wranglers to meet our criteria and within our budget. Just recently had a small miscommunication issue and parts couldn’t take me in like reception thought to assist with removing my bolted in soft top. After being a little frustrated by the miscommunication with reception and myself, sales manager Zach Fares insisted on helping us himself. In just above degree weather (and in his suit), zach gathered a few hands to assist with removing my hard top, removing the bolted in soft top and putting my hard top back on for us. A job that needed a few hands who were educated in wrangler hard top removal.. Atleast for the first time! Very impressed with Zachs ability to troubleshoot this small issue and help us as the customer when no one else was offering to assist. Recommend anyone with any issues/questions to go to Zach as he is very reasonable and helpful to deal with! Thanks again!

What a great way to start my morning! My first time to service my car at this location, and John Reid was quite fantastic! Excellent customer service! Answered all my questions, and even going out of his way to get more information for me. I saw in him a guy who loves his job. I have had some work pending on my car trying to get a good place to have it done. I feel that I have found one now, thanks to John.
