Just got a new Ram 1500, which was a long time in the making. I was lucky enough to have a VERY patient sales rep in Moh Makki who spent a ton of time working with me to get exactly what I wanted for a great deal. It's my second purchase from Finch Chrysler and this one was even better than the last. Thanks again to Moh and the entire sales team.

about 4 yrs ago my dream to own a Jeep Wrangler became a reality and I thought I would never part with it but recently found myself with mixed emotion on keeping it or trading it. Craig Harwood was the perfect Sales Consultant to help me make my decision, he understood my love for my jeep and the mixed emotions that I had, he walked me through some great options and never once did I feel the pressure to make a decision but rather was reassured that any decision made had to be the option that was right for me -- I can say that I did part with my jeep and am the proud owner of a 2019 Trail Hawk and I love it - thanks Craig Harwood for your patience, honesty and a no pressure experience !! Also that's to Dave Penhale, Zack Fares, and Greg Proulx you each played a part and I thank you. To anyone that is looking for a great vehicle "SeeFinchFirst" and look up Craig Harwood !!

Wish I would have read some of the reviews on here before we sent our truck there. Sent it in for a recall on the water pump. Dropped it off the night before. They had it ALL day!!! In the end: no new water pump, the guy didn’t put enough coolant back in the truck, and it hadn’t even been put on the hoist when I showed up to pick it up at 4pm!!!! I talked to a Sales Manager and afterwards decided to send it back for the repairs. Dumb idea. David the service advisor is terrible!!!! Horrible experience!!!!

Baught a new grand caravan sxt off of Finch chrysler, and they made it an extremely painless experience! Justin our salesman was extremely knowledgable about the products, took the time to sit us down and find out more about our lives and how we intend to use the vehicle not only today but 5 years or more down the line. The result was finding the perfect vehicle at an outstanding price! Couldnt be more impressed with finch as a whole! Will certainly be back to buy more in the future! Even if you arent a mopar fan, the customer service alone makes it feel like your investment is appreciated and taken care of! Thanks justin & everyone at finch!

Salesman was new and needed me to tell him what options were available when I found a truck I wanted a price on he took me to the sales manager the manager wrote down the full list price like it was a joke and told me to come back when I had shopped around very unprofessional
