Brought my vehicle for service on a recall at 11 a.m. was supposed to take 2hours. Got there at 1:45, and they told me it would be another hour, the shuttle service was handy, and the guy was very nice. But if i would of gotten a courtesy call telling me they were running behind, I could of gotten an important errand completed in the meantime. Between this and my initial buying experience at the mcphillips location, I have not been satisfied with the customer service. It is a good thing I never get oil changes or any other service done in the city. Country life it is for oil changes and maintenance!!!!! #hyundai

This was the third time dealing with Al and we were pleased with the results. Al was informative when telling us the new features of the vehicle that we were buying.

Pricey to just fix a flat tire. In retrospect I should have gone to a local garage that I used before and saved myself a lot of cash. I falsely assumed that I would be paying a similar rate for the same service in light of the fact that we had purchased the vehicle at Murray Hyundai.

I purchased my car in 2014 and have had it in the service shop a few times since then. The service has been excellent every time. However this last time , I felt that not everything was looked over as I still have a noice, albeing that it may be coming from another area of the car. The biggest disappointment is that there have been a problem with both of the remote control starters and I feel that I am not being heard. This was an issue right from when I purchased the car. They are still a problem, and I have only been told that they have to be replaced

During test drives one car battery was basically dead causing me to rethink whether I purchase from you. Second test drive no issue. At pick up we waited two hours to sign for our car and we had an appointment. Then there was a scratch on the passenger window that over a month now have still not received a call to come in a be replaced. We also had to setup our own sirus radio. My whole family has purchased Hyundai otherwise I would not have taken a 2nd test drive let alone made a purchase.
