I had a great experience buying my ‘22 Honda Civic Sport from this dealership. I received timely communication a d all of my requests were completed on time. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle. Special thanks to Mr. Sukhpreet Brar for his extraordinary help.

I bought two cars there. Had badly experience from sales, documents manager and the management. Never and ever go to this store. I bought my first honda CRV in 0215. The sales looks professional and gave me a good deal. However, I can't reach him anymore when I paid and drive home. So I bought the second car from brinchwood Honda. In 2022, my friend recommended a good sales from crown toyota who can help to buy a Honda from the store. Before I went to sign the documents, I told the documents manager that I will not buy any extra insurance and services. However, she put honda plus in my package. I didn't went through all of the paument detail and didn't realize I paid extra $1500 until I received the policy. I hope to cancel the extra insurance, but nobody help me.The store said I have to call honda customer service and the customer service said the dealership have right to cancel it. I have no choice but go to the store and find the documents manager to figure it out. We make several phone call and submit the cancelation application. The manager said she will follow up and let me know whether it's successful canceled or not. However, she did not get back to me in the 2-3weeks. And she did not answer my call. I was so disappointed about their after sale services. So I went to her office directly. She looks not happy and told me that I should make an appointment with her. She checked her schedule and let me came back a week later. You know what? When I go to her office, she was on vacation leave!!! That is the after sale services of honda Waverly!!! Do not go to this store!!! The two star I rate because the car is no I Issue. For the service, 0 star!!!

Very very discourteous staff. You call them and the next thing is that you are on hold for extremely long, they don't even bother to inform you that they are busy and putting you on hold. Highly unprofessional staff. They only know how to sell their thing. Poor customer service and staff response is lathargic.

I had a very good experience helping my daughter buy her first vehicle. Our sales person was Alana and Janie, both were very professional and helpful and did it very quickly and efficiently. Explained the entire process and specific details. Definitely will be coming back when it’s time to get a new car. Thumbs up to Janie and Alana!!
