Worst ever Honda dealership. They just care you when they have to sell vehicle. After they sold vehicle they don’t care about you. Honda did a scam on me in terms of extended warranty.

We (SA couple) walked in looking for a car and we were directed to this one staff member. He was too lazy to answer questions car related. He could not run a filter on the basic car specs we asked. when asked for a quote printout he asked me to take a picture on my phone instead(i had to ask twice to understand what he meant). we had no problem receiving the quotes from other dealerships on the same street both paper and paperless for the same specs we asked.

I am writing this review to give thanks to Winnipeg Honda and specifically to Alana Verhaeghe for assisting in the purchase of the new 2022 Honda Passport Touring. Choosing a vehicle is not an easy task as you have to balance the budget, the need, want and comfortability. Alana was an instrumental in providing information on different vehicles during the process of vehicle selection. She let me test drive different vehicles to have the actual feel of different vehicles. After I had decided which vehicle to purchase, she was still available listening to any questions and at one point I have to change the model of the car. She made it all easy for me to make it happen. You’re the best Alana and keep up the good work and customer relationship. I do not have any hesitation to refer friends to you for their next dream car.

I don’t usually leave reviews; but I think it’s necessary in this circumstance. My wife and I had an amazing experience purchasing her new vehicle. Our sales person was Eric, who was very helpful through out the whole process. He really went above and beyond by giving me updates and answering all my questions. Really funny and charismatic guy who genuinely cares. I would definitely recommend him and the rest of team Foui to my friends and family. Thanks guys

Wish I could give Negative stars. Dealt with Very unproffesional service advisor Carly. Clearly explained to do a full inspection and check the engine light. All she did was charge us $200.00 to turn off engine light and inspection was not completed. She wanted to charge an additional $125.00 for the inspection. Thanks Carly for completely blindsiding and ripping us off. Managment should throughly review advisors practices, dishonesty and complete lack of customer service.
