good service but this time they did not wash the vehicle i was surprise as the first time they did that and i was very please with that to be extra for the customer

I purchased a Toyota Tacoma and it was a great buying experience, Lee was great from start to finish in the purchasing process. I would recommend Jackson's as there was absolutely nothing negative to say.

delay forgiven bc massage chair worked

Service was delayed due to backlog/broken hoist but service guy(forgot his name) kept me updated. The massage chair kept me happy.

Great place to deal with however was super disappointed when I returned my lease 3 months early and got less than I was told. With no additional explanation to it.

Ever since I started my oil change at Jackson’s Toyota my oil burns out before 16,000 resulting to oil shortage or no oil. Second time it has happened in a row .

Car was serviced for 1st time. Everything went well, however it was kept a long time! Had an appt. for 2:00, did not hear that it was done until after 5:00. Did not expect it to last over 3 hrs. A little disappointed in length of the service, especially considering there was not much to do!
