Had my car in to have the trunk repainted. Service Technician promised me the day it would be back and had it done. Also rented me a car for the days I was without a vehicle. Great service!

I bought new and used car / truck from here and when I had a truck to sell off they sent to Brent in used car lot and this guy was insulting my truck offered way below what it was worth, so I brought the truck to Ford dealer in North end and $7,000 for it, I will never buy from them again because of Brent

Called the dealership and spoke to a young lady in the used car department, looking for some advice about my 2019 Toyota 4Runner. She advised me that since I wasn’t buying from her dealership she wasn’t going to help me out!! I have never heard this type of customer service and have taken my vehicle in for service regardless of complaints I have heard about the customer service issues. Friends of ours even drive to the city for service after being treated poorly. Someone should have a word with this employee and tell her to get her act together. I would not buy a key chain here after this. Me Casey, there was no misunderstanding whatsoever. Your employee was quite rude, and as a result I took my business elsewhere. I bought a brand new Subaru from Barrie Subaru. I have let my friends, family and other know how this one person tainted your dealership and made you lose business.

Service department checked car, no problem was found. Always had exceptional service with Jackson Toyota. I was a little Leary as I felt something caused low battery. All items checked and found okay. No problems since. Thank you
