*FOR LEASE BUYOUT CUSTOMERS* Recently bought out my lease and had to go to a different local dealership. The contract states a $300 buyout fee which I knew about and agree to. Jackson’s wanted to charge me an ADDITIONAL $399 to facilitate the buy out through their dealership. When asked why and what I get for the additional fee no clear answer was given so basically an admin fee money grab. What really makes you feel special is that because we did not buy the car through Jackson’s, because we lived 2.5 hours away when we bought it 4 years ago, our fee was $399.. when asked what the fee is if we DID buy the car with them they would only charge their own loyal customers an additional $199. Shady fees. Not cool. The person I spoke with at the dealer confidently told me to call around to find a better deal as if their fees were a deal. I called one dealership 30 minutes away and they charged no extra costs. Just wanted to help anyone thinking of buying out their car to save a few bucks. Do your homework.

The sales team did not offer the standard 1% off lease for loyal customers towards the new car until requested - not all purchasers know of this ahead of time. The biggest problem was the fact that they wanted $3000. towards leaving the present lease. This was dropped to $2000. then to $1500. only when looking at cheaper vehicles. This proved to me that they were trying to take advantage of me as not only 1 but 3 different dealers were very happy to pay off my low mileage lease with Toyota immediately and did so when I purchased from them. Toyota lost a client who would have continued to purchase new vehicles every 3 to 4 years. I will make sure to tell all about their attempt to make extra thousands off me. Ralph Blaskievich

I wasn’t sure if I wanted to trade my CHR for a new one or not until I talked with Aidan. He made it easy and effortless as he laid it all out for me. Overall it was a positive experience and I would definitely recommend Toyota and specifically Aidan to all my family and friends!

Brought my truck to Jackson's for the first time this week as it was time for the 192,000km scheduled maintenance. The truck is an '07 and so I wasn't too surprised to hear that it needed MUCH more work than I anticipated. My Service Advisor Elie did a great job keeping me updated/informed along the way- I really enjoyed this aspect of Jackson's service. Moreover he was very thorough and did not try to upsell me on anything! Elie also offered to send me a complimentary Uber, if I was not able to get a ride to the dealership. The option to pay and collect my keys at the kiosk was very neat and convenient. I was also pleasantly surprised to see they fixed my driver's side window switch, which I did not ask for, but GREATLY appreciated! All in all, the final price of the service was high but I didnt take my truck to the dealership thinking it would be a bargain. I took it there because I wanted Toyota technicians/mechanics to do the work the way it needed to be done, with Toyota parts. I had a great experience with Jackson's Toyota! My only recommendation is that they offer a carwash to customers who have spent that kind of money for service. I will certainly bring my Tundra and RAV4 RAV4 there in the future!

Not impressive with their service. I ordered a rav4 on June 19th. They told me car will deliver on the fist week of July. I called 1st week of July, they told me it will be delivered on 2nd to 3rd week of July. So I called again on 2nd week of July and I was told that the estimated delivery is end of July. My business is seriously effecting while I am waiting for my car. If they would told me I had to wait month and half or more to get a car I would just buy one they have in the stock. I hate fake promises and lies. In addition to that, I am yet to get a call from them with an apology for this false information. No one even called me letting me know if my finance is approved or not. Every week I am calling and getting a new delivery date. Guys please don't give someone a word that you can't keep. I have already signed a deal and paid my deposit therefore, I am stucked
