We were overall happy with our experience. Some small suggestions to improve your service are: -supply a plastic folder/case to put the ownership and insurance in -make sure that the car is cleaned both inside and out[we had sap or some other type of dirt on our car . Brent cleaned it for us after we brought it to his attention but we should have received it in that condition] -I think there should be some type of discount when buying an extra key we just spent thousands of dollars and you charge us full price for and extra key we did appreciate Brent's follow up phone call and we genuinely enjoyed our experience -

My Tacoma was recalled for frame inspection and repair at no charge. Jody was extremely helpful, setting up the courtesy vehicle and providing excellent customer service. She even setup my phone and entered all the info for me. The courtesy truck wash was the best I’ve ever seen and I appreciate everything Jody did as well as other staff. Thanks so much!
