Wow! What amazing service and quality attention plus a fantastic used car, we received from Bank Street Hyundai. Paul, Ali H. and Joe watched over every detail with meticulous care. My granddaughter has had the car since last Friday (Jan 31, 2025) and is very happy with it.

Matt helped me purchase a 2021 VW Tiguan. He was informative and easy to talk to. When I went to pick up the vehicle I found damage on the car that I had not seen before - a large scratch in the door. Easily $1k or more to fix. I promptly pointed it out to a salesperson who promised to have it fixed within 2 days. While I was not pleased initially, I thought they handled things very professionally and were quick to rectify the situation. I had to wait a couple of days and everything was as expected upon pickup. Big thanks to Matt, Eli, Ernesto and the team for making this a positive experience for me. I would recommend this dealership.
