Daren our sales rep was very professional and guided us through operation of the Rav 4 and all the features and options. We also did the financing through Toyota which all details were explained and easy to comprehend the value of all options very nice person to deal with.Overall the most positive car buying experiance.

Enjoying our new RAV4, but some perks that were negotiated during time of sale were not added to our account.

The RAV4 is an excellent vehicle, but we negotiated a price with the $500 dealer fee included.Only after signing the contract did we realize the $500 fee was added to the negotiated price. We purchased an extended warranty, and we were informed this would include 4 free oil changes. When we went for our first oil change, none of these were added to our account.

Oil was overfilled.

I always check the oil level after changing it. Every third or forth time on average, I am getting overfill. I called a technician to check and he confirmed it. As long as nothing was offered I had to deal with it myself afterwards.

Initially we were looking to purchase a new Rav4 to replace our 2006 Rav4 but through conversation with our sales rep and further consideration we decided to lease for the first time. This process was 'painless' and we got the vehicle we wanted.
