Nice cars, nice salesperson - unprofessional noisy show room

My husband and I visited the show room last week and left very frustrated by the experience. The sales person was fine but the problem was that there were some young staff members sitting around talking and laughing so loudly that we had a very difficult time following what our sales person was telling us. My husband and I also had a difficult time discussing the cars amongst ourselves and ended up giving up and leaving after about 20 minutes. I have no idea why they were not told to keep it down while customers were there but it made us feel like we were not particularly important to the dealership.

Tom worked hard to find a vehicle that met our wants and needs. He provided detailed information, was easy to access, and was prompt to respond to all of our questions. Purchased a new Rav 4 in October 2015 and love my vehicle. This is my fourth Toyota and my first purchase from O'Regans, trading in my 2006 Toyota Corolla. I have to say, dealing with Paul Chapman was a great experience, I got exactly what I wanted at a price I was happy with :) I've always had good service at O'Regans Toyota, very reliable vehicles and look forward to enjoying my new Rav 4.
