service was great, people wonderful, but the part that needs to be replaced (kinetic dynamic suspension system -kdss- actuator etc.) is very expensive. It corroded when nothing else on the vehicle has corroded - faulty design I would say, if it only lasts 5.5 years when I expect the car will last me another 5 years. disappointing and makes me question why I would spend the extra money on such a system if it is a weak link.

Average interaction. I find the desk staff condescending at times and I prefer the attitude, workmanship, and overall environment at the local garage. The difference is that you have a very nice building, and cafe and sales. They know our vehicles, our needs and always give great service and advice. This can be very hard to achieve in a mass market approach. For my family, we prefer the small town approach. With that said we do appreciate Toyota Canada and their proactive approach to safety notices and recalls.

I purchased a 2015 Rav 4 in October from Paul Chapman and would highly recommend Paul and O'Regans for their excellent service. The Rav will be my 4th Toyota and my 1st from O'Regans and I have to say the buying experience was great. Since moving to Halifax, my corolla had been serviced at O'Regans and when it was time to trade in the 10 year old car, I had no hesitation buying another Toyota product! Thank you Paul for the great service and knowledge of the Rav 4, I absolutely love my new vehicle and the price you were able to negotiate for me! Thank you! MEL W

I had so much fun picking out my new car! Glenn was knowledgeable about the car and showed all of the features during the test drive and delivery. Getting financing was also very easy. Service all in all was wonderful.
