I called Nurse about my 24 Chevy Colorado since they had it on the lot. The whole process took 3 days total before I was driving the car off the lot by day 4. Everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable. Tyler Costa was the dealer I had the pleasure of doing business with, he not only made himself available 24/7 for questions, he made the whole process fun and simple. If he didn’t know something, he made sure to call another expert to assist. I loved his honesty, and how he looks out for his customer’s best interest as if he were in their shoes. 10/10 would recommend anyone buying a GM vehicle to go here.

Oil change and a tire swap and the car needs to be here all day I am here willing to wait the hour the it will take to do the work ….nope not allowed to stay during tire season, crazy I don’t have any where to be…..This is an edit Aug13/24… My experience today in the quick lane was much better, I thought I was going early but ended up being 4th in line at 7:30..it didn’t take them long to bring in the car give it a quick vac and did the paper work before going in for the oil about an hour nice job 👍

If you truly claim to want to make things right...check today's appointments for a 2014 Buick Verano booked for 9am which was never looked at and call the contact on the file...we are not calling you yet again. See the below original post and owner reply below.....March 19 2024 Your location Our family has used this dealership for decades now for both service and the purchase of 4 new vehicles...well no more. Everytime service is booked it is never looked at for the appointment interval and often not till the next day. There is always an excuse for the delay including the oil changes making us sit up to 3.5 hours once. When asking to speak with a service manager by phone it seems no one is ever available. This is unacceptable service. Stay away from this dealer they use to be customer oriented. The owner has replied...however I did call the dealership prior to my review and was offered no help whatsoever to resolve the ongoing service or lack there of. Had to delete phone number and email of the owners reply so it would be posted Response from the owner 2 hours ago Frankie - We appreciate your business over the years.
