The sales staff was extremely pushy and didn't listen to my needs. They kept trying to upsell me on features I explicitly said I didn't want. Overall, a very uncomfortable experience.

I recently went in to get my 2013 Mazda 6 fixed up after having a few issues. The gentleman that helped me was Yianni and he provided the best service I could have asked for. He walked me through everting and made it very easy to understand what it was gonna cost me and what the process would look like. He effectively communicated the problems and the solutions to everything and more when it came to my vehicle. Without him I might have gone to a different place to get my car done. I’m very glad he was there to help me. Thank you Nurse

I went in to get my rear end fixed on my 2013 Kia Soul, the crew and nurse did and amazing job with the work. Everything went Especially well thanks to Mr. Yianni. His amazing commitment and communication to his job made my life a breeze and I was able to get my vehicle back well within a reasonable time. He walked me through the process and the information he can provide to me about the process and the expected time. Thanks to him I was able to be back on the road with my vehicle in no time

We recently purchased a new Traverse from Nurse Chevrolet. We are really happy with the vehicle and Anastasia was honest, transparent and responsive throughout the whole process. We will definitely call Anastasia the next time we want to buy a new vehicle.

I purchased my 2024 Chevrolet Colorado Trail Boss about 2 months ago and I meant to write this review then, but I've just been having too much fun with the truck. I started the process of purchasing my truck by reading reviews of local dealers and also viewing their stock, when I came across Nurse Chevrolet. Their reviews were amazing and so I reached out to Anastasia and it was the best decision I made. Her professionalism and assistance step-by-step through the entire process was amazing! Both during business hours and after hours, she helped me through the entire process and answered any questions I had. The entire dealership and their team is top notch! I even went back for a quick service and even the service center blew my mind on how quick and efficient they run. My only negative is that I wish this dealership was local to where I live and not in Whitby, other dealerships need to take note on this amazing dealership, its team and it's service! Great Job Nurse Chevrolet!

If you’re looking for a top notch sales consultant, Tyler Costa is amazing! He went above and beyond to help us get the vehicle we wanted and was able to have it ready within a few days which was nearly impossible to do. He’s extremely knowledgeable about the brands and what each vehicle has to offer and continued to followed up even after the sale was done. He’s the best I’ve come across and we’ll definitely work with him in future. Great experience all around.

Just purchased a 2025 Trax from Nurse as our car died and needed help!! Anastasia was amazing to deal with. She helped us make the right choice to get us into the right vehicle. Anna in Finance and Sales Manager Sean were also spectacular to deal with. This is the fourth car we’ve purchased here and we wouldn’t go anywhere else. Want to give a shout out to the Service team as well. We’ve always been treated well here and I would highly recommend Anastasia as someone who would go the extra mile for her clients - thank you so much!

We just bought our new 2025 Chevrolet Trax from Anastasia and every step was wonderful and easy. She definitely went above and beyond for us from getting the colour we wanted to ordering in our beautiful car mats. She is wonderful to work with and we will definitely be back to this dealership again as we have previously bought 4 vehicles there and used to deal with Blair but found the same expert dealings and professionalism with Anastasia. We would give her more than 5 stars if it was possible.

June 111/24, booked 21 Buick Envision for recall & oil change for 10am, came half hour early to check in with Cameron. Shuttled home. He called later in the day stating there was a delay with recall and would be likely ready end of day. got another call stating would have to leave vehicle overnight and was still a delay. In meantime had also made arrangements to being my vehicle in after oil change and recall were done to body shop. Discussed this with Cameron, he agreed to take right over to body shop along with paper work for warranty work that was in vehicle. June 12/24, Cameron called 9:20am, told him to send shuttle in an hour as had just gotten out of shower, he said ok. Called around 10:40 as no shuttle nor call. was told they were on their way by service. waited outside then got a call around 11:10 would be about 20 min. came around 11:35. Paid for oil change service with Cameron and he reiterates that car was looked at by body shop. Follow up call on 13th to body shop stated they did not look at vehicle as no keys nor paperwork was left and they could not get hold of Cameron. Was told I would now have to drive back to deal with this, body shop also indicated they did not know I was coning to which I replied I had arranged on the 10th via phone call to bring over following service in the afternoon. Terrible experience overall
