We had an amazing experience. After going to multiple dealerships trying to find the perfect deal, we ended up going to Nurse Chevrolet and the pleasure to deal with Anastasia. She was amazing, even when we decided to downgrade and do not such a worthy deal, but she kept the professionalism and made us feel like we were dealing big deals. Amazing experience. 10 out of 10 to Anastasia and the whole Nurse Chevrolet staff. See you again once my leasing is over.

I purchased a new Colorado from Nurse in 2017 and took it there for all of its service for 7 years. In 2024 I decided it was time to purchase a new truck as I really like the new design of the Colorado so I went back to Nurse to purchase a new one. Even dealt with same salesperson who sold me the 2017. They totally tried to lowball me on my trade in on the 2017. I was insulted by the offer. I went to Ontario Motor Sales in Oshawa 2 days later and they offered me $3500.00 more than Nurse for my trade-in and I purchased my new truck from them. Nurse clearly doesn't appreciate a loyal customer at all.

Came in for a test drive and the car wasn't ready. They made me wait over an hour! Dont believe what they promise you on the phone.They sweet talk you to get you here then you realize they are disorganized and unprofessional like something out of a comedy movie. Not coming back here.

My grandmother needed a new car, and we thought this place would be good. Boy, were we wrong. The salesperson was condescending and tried to sell her something way out of her budget. Very disappointing... However the reception was pretty nice

Landscaping contractor here I’m writing this review today to make public the absolutely amazing service I have received from the service department (shannon Pickard ) we have had fleets of dodge and fords and the reason for switching was the service was sub par at best since switching to gmc/chevy we have gone to a couple dealerships and this one is by far superior to all other ones, one of our trucks had what I thought was a warn out break pads all around … turns out it was the callipers rotors and pads in the rear and the front the pads and the rotors I called Monday morning asking for an appointment Shannon was quick to say that she could potentially squeeze me in if I brought the truck down , I got tangled up in a couple things and made it down at 3:30 in the afternoon I explained to her that this truck was crucial to be fixed as soon as possible as it hauls out equitment around she said she’ll see what she can do by the evening the next day the truck was ready and even came in less then what she quoted me ! The cherry on top and what caught my eye was she stayed till 7 with the technician to make sure the truck was back up and ready to go even though her shift was done hours before. SHANNON FOR THE WIN 🥇
