Easy and stress free

I had searched online for a vehicle and had all the details before I even arrived .I test drove it and as I was driving out of the lot saw another car that I hadn't even considered so I test drove that as well. Came back the next morning and within an hour I was the owner of car number 2! The whole experience was super easy with no pushy sales people. Find what you like, drive it, buy it. It was that simple.

No one hounded me on the lot. I could test drive any number of vehicles. The assessment of my traid-in was fair, complete and respectful. Haldiman's handled the ownership and liscence transfers. My new purchase was serviced and any problems I noticed were taken care of before I picked it up. I have dealt with them before and keep coming back because of the selection and ease of purchase.

I liked the no-haggle policy. Paperwork and information about the car was completed easily. There were only two snags: both the salesman and I forgot to give Haldimand Motors the ownership of my trade-in. So I had to come back from Stoney Creek. Also there was a wrinkle in the trim on the trunk. It was suggested that since the car was still under warranty that I take it to a Toyota dealership, which I did and it was replaced yesterday. I bought another Toyota Corolla from you in 2003 (the one I traded in) and have often recommended you to other people looking for cars.

Some of the staff at Haldimand Motors are very friendly and helpful. I did feel rushed in making my purchase, but that was more the character of one particular salesman, and not the fault of the rest of the staff. The deal on the vehicle was well priced. Would I buy here again. Yes, if I did my homework first, and knew what I specifically was buying, and what price ranges were available. If you know these things, you can find a good deal.

We purchased a SUV. We were able to take our time and when we made our minds up, they were very helpful. We did not feel pressured or rushed. When our vehicle was ready for pick up, it was spotless!

My only complaint was getting info on when my van would be ready. This would have been helpful because of my work hours and trying to arrange a ride to HM. I was told by a sales clerk it would be ready on Monday and when I phoned I was asked WHO told me that....What was their name and because it wasn't ready This is Why I should not have been given that time frame. I had no problem with the wait I just needed to know so I could set up a ride.
