Received my car at a great price (on clearance) and salespeople were helpful and efficient. I especially appreciated that help was there if you needed it but you could more or less look after yourself and there was no pressure from the salespeople. The 10% off of service is a great perk as well. I also appreciated getting 4 new tires on my car (2 of them were close to the cutoff point to receive new tires but didn't require changing.) If there is anything to improve, I'm being picky, but it did take a week for the car to be ready which I was told to expect but it's still a bit of a wait. I also received 3 emails within two hours to complete this referral but hadn't heard of it earlier.

We bought our last 3 used vehicles from Haldimand Motors. The vehicles are serviced and detailed after purchase so the vehicle may drive and look a little rough when you take them out for an initial test drive but when you pick up your vehicle they drive and look great. At Haldimand you pay a fair price for a good vehicle.

Service was great in sales. But lack in service department. Too many on the phone and on computer. Had to srand and wait hust to get the keys to my car back.

What I liked about my buying experience was the no hassle pricing. You always want to feel like you got the most value for your money, and the no hassle pricing helps with that. This is our third vehicle through Haldimand, and we would recommend them highly to family and friends.

All the staff are very courteous, helpful and patient! We felt no pressure to buy anything, even though we took multiple vehicles for a test drive. Everything was explained to us when we purchased the vehicle and was very happy with the overall experience. (My time was rushed as I only had a few days to purchase a vehicle when I knew very little of what I wanted). So thank you for the experience.

Always hassle free. The original salesman was not able to answer some questions based on the card in the window of the car. He was a good comedian though. He never went to find the answers we asked. Luckily the car was excellent.

Salesman Peter was very knowledgeable & did not put any pressure on me at all. I had instant trust in him as soon as we met, this was the main reason we bought at Haldimand Motors. We will return.
