Peter in service is always very friendly and being a woman knowing nothing about cars he advises me on what needs to be done and when. The shuttle driver is always very friendly as well.

Took a long time for the work to be done when we had a booked appointment time. Seemed like everyone having service done was booked in for the same time in the morning instead of having dedicated appointment times for each vehicle. Also we were having problems syncing our phones to the car. An update was installed but our phones were not re-installed on the system even though they had access to both our phones.

I took my car in to have a four wheel alignment (which was on special) and have my seasonal tires changed over. Service staff was friendly and efficient, from checking in to picking up my vehicle.
