Appointment booking, logging in for maintenance, courtesy shuttle both from and to facility, communication when work complete, and final settlement of accounts were carried out in a completely satisfactory manner. Met all my expectations.

Came in with engine light on & no power. Spoke to reception to see if there was any warranty coverage still left on vehicle (there was) and was directed to service adviser for confirmation & to book appointment to have engine light diagnosed. Tech found faulty catalytic converter & was covered under warranty.
