Fast and efficient service. I'm able to get an appointment quickly, their service techs are friendly and welcoming, their shuttle service is handy (the longest I've waited is 15 minutes before there was someone available to take me home), and they know me, my car, and it's history.

Bought my vehicle at Nurse, love my Chevrolet Cruze. Brought it in for recalls so far, great service. Being a senior and single female I feel confident my car is dependable when it is serviced. Love the car wash too.

Drove in on Thursday to just inquire about trading my 2015 Escalade for a 2016 Escalde. They gave me a deal that I couldn't refuse and by Tuesday morning we were driving our new 2016 Escalade! I run my own business and I Couldn't ask for better service, everyone is on the ball...
