this the last time i will have my oil change done at Nurse Chev. I cannot afford the cost any longer. I will still do my oil changes on schedule but will look for a less expensive dealer with warrant approved oil and filters, Your service has alway be done with not issues.I only problem I had at Nurse was while shopping for a new car and dealing in my Acadia i was asked if there was any problems with the Acadia, I sad I have seen a few oil drop on my driveway.The drive thru rep said that the would be repaired under warranty, I agreed to have Nurse do the warranty work. After the work was completed I drove the car and the car a a noise that was not there before the repair.The shop supervisor drove the car and said it sounded like a stabiliser bar or front struct and they would not be covered under warranty. He suggested I should "turn the radio up" to drown out the noise . I left the dealer and went to another dealer and traded in the Acadia and bought a new GMC , I did return at later date to nurse and bought a new Traverse. I was looked after immediately, my advisor was very friendly, overall it was a good experience, I like that you wash the vehicle after them being serviced!

Nice people who care about customer service. They make you feel like they will take care of your interests and go the extra distance to keep their customers coming back. I come from out of town to service my vehicles here as they are far more customer friendly than my closest dealer.

Met by customer service rep, treated well, shuttle service prompt and repair done with no charge under warranty.

All staff were professional and cordial. Repair completed without charge as the vehicle was still under warranty. No further follow-up service required.

I've had my brakes done on the rear, I was shown what the problem was before okaying job. I need front pads, just not now, no pressure. I was made aware of the situation & will keep an eye on it through my trips to your service dept. Total honesty

There is to much to text I will be in touch with Nurse and GMC when we get home in 2 weeks I spoke with Blake on Monday and I have heard nothing more, long story short our 2010 Acadia that is serviced at Nurse all the time and was serviced 2 weeks before we left for Florida blew an engine in Tampa and it's just been a nightmare since...

Had paint service done in the body shop. The staff was very professional and returned my truck to the standard I expected. I will continue to use Nurse in the future.
