Service advisor was polite and courteous. I'm happy overall with the service department at Nurse. I had to get more expensive work done than I expected but it's worth it to keep my car running well.

Always enjoy coming in to Nurse. I had lots of work to do while I waited but they took care of the problem so quickly I hardly had any time to do my notes :) Only suggestion would be to have coffee bar open a little earlier as I was there to bring in my car first thing and would have loved to have a cup then. Everyone always helpful!

The sales rep, Peter Rorabeck went above and beyond his responsibilities. We had trouble licensing the vehicle because we are not a corporation but a professional association and had to use our letter of patents to lease the car. Peter's help was invaluable in the process. We greatly appreciate his professionalism.

Oil Change and Warranty work

Simple and to the point. Cameron is great. In terms of overall service it was good. Doesn't beat the dealership in Ottawa (Myers) however, where everytime you went in you went "wow, this place is awesome". They go above and beyond. Event when you come in for a simple oil change.
