Waited 2 hours and problem is still there

I waited 2 hours and the problem was not fixed.. I didn’t get my car till 8pm so I had to call the next day right when they opened and they said they would get back to me.. still haven’t gotten back to me. I’m pretty upset seeing as they should’ve tried to schedule and appointment to get me to come in and fix the problem.. The man that helped me was very nice and I will say great customer service but I’m very upset I had to wait 2 hours for it not to be fixed...

Was looking on Autotrader and noticed interesting offer on Fiat 500. Contacted dealership and got within minutes in touch with Erica Agnes. She went extra mile and sent me video and all the details I wanted to know and even further. She made outstanding effort and I get very nice vehicle . Brantford Honda is really unique experience from first initial contact to driving away vehicle I wanted. Amazing Salesperson Erica Agnes and her team are highly recommended for easy, no rush and pleasurable car purchase experience. Two thumbs up,way up!! My husband and I recently purchased an 2018 Subaru Forester with Erica' s help. She was very knowledgeable and helpful with every step of the process. Excellent service experience with Todd as my adviser. Trevor also consulted and was great, as usual. Trevor called me at home and suggested I could come a bit early to get all the work done. Todd made sure the work got done and explained what couldn't get finished and why not.

Had a great experience at Brantford Honda when purchasing my first vehicle. Mike Oakley the Used Manager was a huge help, he found the car that fit all my requirements. Couldn't be happier.
