Bait and switch sales tactics... Go in to look at a used Rav for a great price, get there and the vehicle is sold despite just booking a test drive.... Was told there was a deposit on the vehicle and financing just came through. Why book a test drive on a vehicle with a deposit? Why not let me know when it sold so I didn't come all the way there for nothing? Showed me an older crv with more clicks that had been in an accident. Adds still up or reposted for the Rav a week later in Autotrader, Kijiji and their website despite being "sold". I emailed the manager Lee who said they would get in touch right away and never called me. Don't waste your time buying a vehicle here, the first words out of their mouths are dishonest. They lure you in with a great deal and have no intention of selling it to you.

Fast and efficient service in purchasing a new car.

I was given fast and efficient service from a knowledgeable sales associate who helped me purchase a new vehicle. The experience was fantastic and I am extremely happy with the choice I made to purchase a new vehicle from Honda.
