The staff and service department were very helpful and courtesy. With the view issues I had the service department was very helpful in diagnosising the problem and do the fix. The mechanics did the fix and took the time to explain the problem and they did the fix. Erin who I had purchased the vehicle from was very helpful and made sure I was satisfied.

I will never be back. I did not enjoy the fact that I had purchase a vehicle that could not pass a safety inspection on the day of purchase. Enough Said.

I have dealt with Race Auto for a few years now and have always had a positive experience with the staff. Due to unforeseen circumstance a few years back my credit took a beating. I desperately needed a vehicle and in spite of the fact I had a good job, made decent money and was well on the way to re-establishing my credit, not one auto sales business would give me a second glance.. So I tried Race Auto as a last resort and they immediately said "no problem" and I drove away in a nice vehicle. They are professional, knowledgeable and quick to solve any issues that may arise with my vehicle. In todays' world when we are so busy with work and other issues in our daily lives Race Auto kindly send me reminders when my vehicle is due for maintenance . Thank heaven for that because I can barely remember what I did ten minutes ago. In a nutshell, I would highly recommend Race Auto to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle. Thank you Race Auto!

The staff was very friendly and helpful in getting me the lowest interest rate possible. I only had one issue that was never resolved and that was my truck had damaged/missing seatbelts that they didn't want to go good for. They were never there when I purchased the truck but I did not realize until after 30 days.

Sold a vehicle with 2 open recalls on it. cracked windshield. No integrity. Only cared about the sale. Worst experience!!!! When 'confronted' staff was ignorant, rude and very unhelpful. Also had issues regarding certain repairs on the vehicle within their specified window of time after the purchase. Words can not express the sour and bitter taste this company has left in my mouth! Will never deal with this company again and I've told my friends and family about my experience and told them not to get a vehicle from this place!! Absolutely worst experience ever!!!!

The service provided was friendly and professional. I purchased a used vehicle and Race was diligent in ensuring that the vehicle was not turned over until all work was completed and the truck went on the road meeting a high standard of maintenance. The mechanics did a really good job. The F-150 I purchased was purchased at a competitive price and my trade in was very fair. This was a positive experience all around. I fully intend to re-visit Race as my first choice for a new vehicle in the future. I am recommending this group to friends.
