From the beginning of simply looking for a vehicle, the staff treat you excellent with NO use of forceful sales techniques which felt very comfortable. Dawn H at Race Auto was extremely lovely. Dawn not only is very professional at her job she is a compassionate caring individual who doesn't attempt to 'fake heart'. She genuinely made me feel at ease in this very competitive cold market. I am a single mom raising two sons 100% of the time and have experience financial hardship. Dawn helped me relax and understand not only about buying a safe reliable vechicle but how to financially improve things where others could care less. I purchased a car from race auto group in march and the experience could not have been better. The staff were very helpful and the selection was great. I just told them what I needed and my price and they found the car for me. I will be back into see them when I am looking for my next vehicle.
