I appreciate the enormous help i received when I wanted to trade in my vehicle. I'll admit that I am not very knowledgeable about cars, and when I spoke with them, they asked the right questions about what my needs were..... All I knew is that I wanted something that was fuel efficient (since I do alot of travelling for work), and good for winter driving. (FYI - This sales person was a woman and I felt more comfortable talking to her about my needs as opposed to a salesman). Anyway ... I thought all suv's were gas guzzlers and expensive to maintain. The sales lady suggested the Hyundai Tuscon. Well !!! ... she told me about how fuel efficient it is and how great it drives in winter,and what size the tires were ... you know ... things that I wanted to know for maintenance purposes. I googled what this Tuscon looked like (and of course appearances matter) and I fell in love with it. Took it for a test drive and WHAM...I said to myself " this is what i want to drive". The staff was very efficient about getting my paper work done so that i can have this car. Oh yes, and not to forget the free sirius subscription for a few months.... kudos!!! Thank you ... oh and by the way, this is the third vehicle I purchased from here.

I needed a car and they got me into something in my budget when nobody else could. Car has a few minor issues but I also didnt buy new. Overall had a very good experience great customer service and would recommend.

We were treated so well. Made our shopping experience pleasant. We were so happy with the service that was provided to us and loved that we walked in and out with a new SUV all within 2 hours!!

I feel that at Race Auto....they were interested in helping people that have experienced some financial misfortune, not just maximizing their bottom line. With their assistance my family will be better off the because they helped us get away from the high interest loan cycle and purchase a reliable vehicle that has a great chance of being reliable for the term of our loan.
