I recently picked up my third Honda Pilot and love it! The staff at Henley are exceptional, they go above and beyond to accommodate your needs. Never at any point have I felt pressured to buy and they have always been patient with me. They make sure you are getting what you really want, what your needs and wants are. Over 3 Honda Pilots I have had the pleasure of exceptional customer service with every interaction at Henley Honda so I would recommend them to anyone ....and I do :)

My experience at Henley Honda was awesome! Two days ago I leased a 2016 Honda Coupe I am in love with my new car. As a first time Honda buyer I was extremely pleased with the fact that the base model vehicle had so many amazing features for such a great low price. Especially when compared to other manufacturers which offered barely the basics. My salesperson Brandon Houtby was exceptional he was knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to show me every possible option in my price range. He was never pushy or overbearing, as other representatives at other dealerships tended to be. He took me on an amazing test drive and showed me all of the awesome safety features the Coupe had to offer. In all of my trips to other dealerships in the past I never been on a test drive that was so thorough and informative...he really knew that car inside and out! I would definitely recommend Henley Honda in the future and especially Brandon as a representative!

Been very disappointed !!! with Sales individual Joe, his attitude is not as a Sales personal at all. He been trying to act like very smart! thinking buys are Idiot... Very bad experience at Henley Honda :((((((((
