I wouldn't recommend buying a used car here. I bought a 2013 Accord Touring in 2014 with 15,000 km at the time. The car showed that it had a clean carproof and that it was Honda certified. I got rear ended in December 2015 and when the auto body shop did the repair, they noticed that there had been prior work done to my car, specifically in the same area that I got hit, which I was not aware of. After all, how would I be aware of this...I have a clean carproof right?. Well, lets just say a clean carproof doesn't mean much, especially when smaller accidents are usually paid in cash to protect the residual value of the car, especially if the owner is thinking of selling the car. After receiving my car from the auto body shop, I noticed a loud clunking sound, which seemed to be a strut/shock problem. I brought my car to Honda of Burlington, who always provides exceptional customer service, as I had a maintenance service that needed to be done and they did a diagnostic on the shocks free of charge and confirmed that it was a shock problem after all. I decided to call the salesperson at Henley Honda who sold me the car and explained my situation to him. He said he would pass on the message to his sales manager and that I should hear from him in 2 to 3 days. A week past and I didn't hear from anyone. So, I called back and the salesperson said "sorry, we've been so busy with seasonal tire changeover, but we will call you in a few days". I never heard from them and it's been two months now. Terrible...terrible! customer service!
