Good selection of vehicles but need to work on the speeds around there bought a truck took 18 days to get it not very happy with that and received no comp for waiting that long

From my initial experience searching the website to driving my vehicle off the lot I have been completely satisfied with Haldimand Motors. While I had had several positive referrals my dealings with Haldimand Motors far exceeded my expectations. When the time comes I intend to purchase my next vehicle from them.

I highly recommend Haldimand Motors! No pressure to buy, but stayed late to write up the deal when we finally decided. Did a very detailed inspection of our vehicle and repairs before getting it. We bought 3 vehicles from them before with no problems and came again for our 4th. Will continue to support them in the future. Best dealership ever!

Dan Cowan and the other sales people who assisted us in our purchase were exceptional. Allowing us to have our mechanic view the vehicle and Haldimands attention to his concerns clinched the sale for us. We would highly recommend Haldimand Motors to all of our friends.

They had the van I wanted. The business approach is basically "do you want it or not". They are however very accommodating to fix most deficiencies, including scuffs and scratches, as a condition of sale. So make sure you go over your vehicle with a fine eye before you sign the dotted line. I was a little disappointed that they did not even attempt to remove the black glue residue from the previous dealer "sticker" on the rear hatch, even though they were right there fixing another paint issue. I it wasn't "requested" by me in the contract. Delivery clean up was average (it was shampooed and cleaned and outside cleaned), but I still have to fine clean it to get food residue, etc out of cup holders etc. Delivery was wheres the check, heres your keys. But in the end, I feel I can trust them due to their ethic values and since they move a lot of cars. I came from London area to get this van.

The car that I had had for 5 years (not from haldimand) blew the transmission so I was stuck for a vehicle. I went to haldimand motors on Saturday and had my new car by the following Thursday! The people there were all VERY helpful, kind, welcoming and funny! The car is absolutely amazing and they did a wonderful job fixing every little flaw there was and detailing the car. I would recommend haldimand motors to absolutely anyone that is looking to buy a new vehicle! Thank you everyone at haldimand for the awesome experience!

As a first time car buyer, I am extremely pleased with the service that I received from Haldimand Motors. A number of my family members have bought cars from them send have nothing but positive things to say. There are no annoying salesmen trying to get you to buy under pressure and I was able to test drive a number of cars to get a feel for what I really wanted. Once I decided to buy, I dealt with Peter who was friendly and helpful (as well as pretty funny). He offered warranty options to me but didn't pressure me to get them, since there were some aspects that I didn't need. Overall, I'm really pleased with my experience and I look forward to having a vehicle that I'm sure will be as great as their service.
