Just bought my second vehicle from Haldimand Motors and again it was a great experience. They stand behind everything they sell and if you have a problem they are right there to fix it.

It took me 5 minutes to find the car I wanted to test drive and when I did test drive it, that was the car I wanted. The sales staff were friendly and helpful. They always have quality cars on the lot too! Rob Miedema was very helpful and even managed to get my car ready faster for pick up since I was without a vehicle. My husband and I have bought a van at Haldimand Motors before and were just as pleased then as we are now. Thanks Haldimand Motors!! :)

Took far to long to receive vehicle almost two weeks! was told that vehicle was four wheel drive later to find out its not! Vehicle was driven over 1000kms during the long wait period.

I bought a car and was told it would be ready Wednesday the next week, then it was Friday, then it was Monday morning- very frustrating. Two people who answered the phones were totally unsympathetic to my frustration. Neither one ever said "sorry for the inconvenience". They gave me a courtesy car which was good, however, it had dents and rust on it and used way more gas than typical cars I drive.

I was very happy with the way my car buying experience went until the next day I noticed the car has two pieces of trim missing from the side rear panels, I am sure they were removed for another car as I don't think two of them could have fallen off.

Over the years we have purchased at least 7 vehicles from Haldimand Motors and have been extremely satisfied! Every time we go back we always look for Peter Wilding. His honesty, excellent customer service and wonderful sense of humor make him stand out. It has been a pleasure to work with him every time we go back. Now our son is buying a car from him and truly appreciates how easy it is to talk to Peter and the advise he has to offer. Peter always surpasses our expectations, even when it comes to rescuing a vehicle when the tires are frozen in ice :-) We have made numerous referrals to our friends and it makes us proud when they come back and say how very pleased they are with Haldimand Motors.
