Excessive road noise .

Attempt to diagnose road noise ($46) recommended four wheel alignment ($146)was recommended .Santa Fe was in for 2 days. My telephone calls for status were not returned .Sevice manager did not return my calls . Did confer with him later . Two tires were cupped. Road noise persisted .Left front wheel bearing replaced .Road noise persisted . Finally went to a different service ;replaced two tires . Road noise gone.

I paid for a premium wash which included a vacuum. The back seat and floor still had lots of cat hair everywhere. I was informed of two recall notices, one was over a year old. Why wasn't I notified of these earlier? I was told the hood latch recall was from 2016 bit I received a letter in August 2017. I've never received a letter about the second issue. That's concerning.

i had a noise coming from my car i left it with them for a day and they could not find it.. but they did not charge me the $60 for the scope and when i had gone to canda tire last year they did charge me so ya for u guys not charging for the scope..
