Initial Time Constraints not Honoured at All--but Comped Experience Made Happier

I was very clear on dropoff (at 8:30 AM) that I needed the car back by 2. By 3 it was not ready. I incurred additional childcare costs and got into trouble for picking my kids up late. My checkup was comped which made me a bit happier--so thank you to the person at the desk who made that decision. THAT person honoured and respected me as a customer that day.

Brake service was needed. Diagnosed and repaired quickly and efficiently. Brakes now working fantastic again and no more steering vibration.

Damien Lavalee knows where I stand on the service I received . Seriousness/gravity of situation not acknowledged by dealership or Hyundai Canada. Love the vehicle.....totally disappointed in management.

Poor service

They are just interested in selling, service center and repair is for show only very poor service. I had a worse experience with my platinum rust it’s just a grimc to earn money for dealerships. No proper records are kept as mine took them more than 15 days to get it . I won’t buy my next car from Any of The Murray even if what I want is only available there.
