Even though I know that is going to cost me some money I don't mind because I know I get the best treatment and service to provide safe, trusty driving.

Got very bad experience when buying used 2013 civic Went there after long drive after the sales man told me that he could give me a discount, when I got there he told me that he cannot offer (even after I found a dent and couple of scratches on the body) the same price as the car will be sold tomorrow for another customer for higher price, and when I asked why wasn't told? They replyed that this was 7 min before I come!!! rude sales, just wasted my time

Above and Beyond

The Service Advisors are great. Went above and beyond to help me out. Lights started flashing as i pulled into work, i called and they got me in that day, they drove me back to work, Took an hours drive to get the part, repaired the issue and delivered my car to me by end of work day. All between 12 noon and 5pm. The delivery of my car across town was the icing on the cake as i was trying to figure out how to get my car back as i worked until 7:30 by myself and would have no way of getting back as they closed at 5 and unfortunately all the loaner cars were out. Todd made it happen and i couldn't have been more happy
