Rear frame inspection

Tamara was very professional, thorough and encouraging. I got to keep my CR-V as the vehicle passed inspection, and Tamara was just as happy as I was. Smiles all around. It's very reassuring when you are met with positive people like her and others at Palladino.

Third attempt to fix ac and fuel pump Warranty work followed by a mark on my door from someone hitting my truck with their door in the overcrowded parking lot

Third attempt to fix ac and recall for fuel pump, repairs made and I hope for the best. I noticed a new rub mark on my vehicle from someone hitting it with their door, parking has been a problem since I purchased. Valet helps but still a problem if customers vehicles get damaged. I was to angry and in a hurry to go back it and report. Service advisor Kara was nice to deal with.

Matt Battistoni was very professional and accommodated us in every way...definitely an asset to the Palladino team. We had a 2006 Honda Odyssey EXL, which was the best purchase we ever made and that brought us back.

Always great service, this is why I buy Honda vehicles. We were in Japan last month so this late. Our other Honda is in for service soon.
