I was told that the due to the condition of my car's brake pads, I should be cautious in driving in my car. I decided to get a second opinion. This was not the case. I was deceived and this has reiterated that AVOID PALLADINO HONDA AT ALL COSTS

Took 2018 Fit in due to noisy muffler. Techs looked at it told me repairs would be $626 + taxes. To look at it was charged $65 + taxes. Immediately after picking up vehicle took to a muffler shop down the street. Within 20 min I was driving with a fixed muffler. Total cost = $20 to coffee fund. Won't be back to Palladino's.

We did recommend that you go to the Muffler Shop as we didn't have the specific tools to repair exhausts and we can only replace the part itself. I had no real issues with my recent service appointment. I have brought our CRV in for the last couple appointments, but i'm still being referred to as my wife, Lindsay. I added my name, Chris, and phone number to our profile a while ago.....

Professional, polite, informative, and patient. A wonderful Experience. There will be badic maintenance in tje future, and I will look gorward to each visit, knowing how well I will be treatred while I am there, and more so knowing my car is getting the best care as well.

We had an appointment yesterday to buy a vehicle and we were stood up by the salesman. We drove up with the kids and were ready to make our decision there once we had the opportunity to try the different SUV’s Honda offers. The receptionist clearly felt horrible and kept trying to get a hold of our salesman. After standing around for 5 minutes without being approached by another salesman, we decided to leave. We get our civic serviced there all the time. We’re disappointed we weren’t worth Paladino Honda’s time.
