I am not overly happy with the service I received, not like I was in previous purchases made at this dealership.(4 other vehicles under Ernest Ambrose's name) the main concern is, I was NOT informed prior to my purchase, of the extras/ and freight charges and so forth, when I was called that a Trax was located from another dealership. I asked only for basic, with added a/c. that's it. I was also told I would get a call from salesman in a week;s time, to go over On Star,and to see how things are going. I did not get that call. (and I don't need one now). I neglected to ask about added costs as well.

Matt took the time to show 3 or 4 vehicles for test drive and show all the options for financing. He was not pushy and let us decide in our own time. He found the exactly colour and model we wanted. Very good service and very friendly.

The hood on my new Malibu had a mark on it and Jim had the guys in the shop buff it out. It looks ok now.

I tell everyone how insightful, and helpful Jim Reid was for me when I went in looking to get a new vehicle. I needed a reliable and safe car for both personal and work life. I have experienced so far everything he said I would. I truly respect the honesty that he displayed. The car handles well, the anti skid has proven itself, lots of compliments on how sharp and classy my car looks, and rides.
