They told me I needed to change the dsg fluid in my car with a traditional automatic but aside from that, the parts dept isn't bad, sales folk seem alright. Can't remember her name but the one who seems like she's running the show in the service dept is good, knows what she's doing.

The staff here, including the sales consultant JD Brown and the sales manager, made my car buying experience one of the easiest and most pleasurable I've ever experienced. The process, from test drive through price discussion to closing was very casual, easy and laid back. Other car brands and dealers I've dealt with in the past made the negotiation process annoying and awkward. These guys delivered on every level!

I am currently looking for a volkswagon GTI and I came upon this dealership via Google searches for Ottawa Dealers. After reading the reviews pertaining to this dealership In have some concerns. What is worse than the poor reviews is the lip service reply from the business itself. I find it interesting that despite having many of their customers contact information they did not call them but simply put it the usual "call us and maybe we can help". How about when a customer spends anywhere up to 40K for a volkswagon and has a poor experience YOU call the customer and make it right......vs posting a piece on the Google review to try and mask the issue. There are far too many complaints in these reviews pertaining to customer service and over charging. I am headed to Hunt Club Volkswagen as suggested in many of these posts.

We are not attempting to mask any issue here, and will do our best to resolve our client's concerns. I'd like to say unfriendly service but in reality they didn't even acknowledge our presence in the showroom and we ended up leaving and going to a different VW dealer because of the service.

We generally give a customer a bit of time to get comfortable in the showroom before checking in to see if they would like a sales representative to help them. Also, our Reception area is in the centre of the showroom, and will always find you a sales representative immediately. And, depending on when you came by, it is possible that staff was occupied with other clients. We are sorry that we did not meet your expectations, and please feel free to contact Andy, our sales manager, if you would like to open up more of a dialogue.
