roadsport service has always been good to me.

had a problem with my AC compressor and the problem was fixed. could have been cheaper, but at least it was fixed. alex provided good customer service.

The service maintenance was performed on time.My car required 3 wiper blades which Raymond provided. Advice on upcoming maintenance was provided.

Two things annoyed me during my visits to the service station. 1. I had made an early morning appointment around 9am for my car to have winter tires installed. I arrived slightly before 9am and was told that the job takes about a half hour, but because they were busy, they wouldn't be able to start my job right away and would likely need an hour or so to get started. So about 10:30 rolls around before they finally start working and then someone comes into the lounge to advise me that it will be done around 11am and asks why I didn't use the shuttle service. Nobody had told me about a shuttle service so I waited around pointlessly for 2 hours on my day off. I was slightly annoyed that my appointment time was meaningless as they appeared to just be taking customers on a first come, first serve basis. 2. When I came in for my A1 service I believe, they gave me my inspection chart at the end with everything ticked off in green advising me that there were no issues and that everything had been inspected, etc. This was great news of course, however when I drove away, literally the same day, my washer fluid warning came on and I had to stop off at a gas station to fill it up. In my experience when going for oil changes, those things are part of the service and on my chart it even showed it ticked off that my fluids were topped up. Not a huge thing, and only costs $5 for a jug, but the fact they lied about topping it up was concerning. I wonder what else they neglected. Other than that, everything else has been fine. The staff were always friendly and pricing is about what I'd expect for the type of services I've had.
