The service team has allways been very courteous and respectful. I've unfortunately got a jeep that has had to go in for service and extremely large amount of times. My hats off to the team at lurentian for all their hard work and great customer service but chrysler is no longer a name I can trust.

I recently purchased a Jeep two two weeks ago and with the mild weather we've had, there wasn't a opportunity to really test it out. Until today ... A very bad winter storm hit Sudbury today (25 cms of snow and 50 KM winds). The road crews are trying but it's impossible to keep up with the terrible conditions out there today. It took me 20 minutes to drive my usual 7 minutes home from work. When I got home, I had the driveway challenge of a good 2 foot + snow drift running across my drive way. I put it in "Snow" and 4 x 4 Low - and didn't need to plow through the snow drift but simply drove through it! No loss of traction; no loss of control. Awesome vehicle - solid on the road in this severe weather. I felt so safe and secure in my Jeep today; thank you Derryck Turcotte and Laurentian Chrysler - you were right. I do love my Jeep. I haven't heard the snow plow come by yet but that will be tomorrow's fun!

Took car in for 10 a.m. appt.for peace of mind brake.asked if l wanted to wait No pick me up when car ready supposedly just after 1 p.m. l called at 2 to see if car ready. No but will be ready by 3 and someone will pick me up at 3. When l got there it still wasn't ready but still working on it and when l get it back it be clear if snow Got car back past 3 covered in snow. You had my car for over 5 hours for a wheel brake service costing $ 33.34. Totally disatisfied and totally not going back to Laurentian Chrysler for anything. Ron Turcotte.
