Purchase of a vehicle after an accident.

I was in a car accident and my car was totalled. Due to it being Christmas it took my insurance over 2 months to settle my claim. Laurention was amazing, I found a vehicle within a week after my accident and they held it for me until my insurance settled. They also let me spend an entire day test driving to make sure I felt safe in the vehicle i was choosing , i think i took over 10 vehicles out. They were nothing but kind and patient. Offering advice and being honest with what i was purchasing. I come from an avid Ford family, however after this experience I will be return for my childrens vehicles in the future and any vehicle I may need.

Overall a good buying experience. And we love our Trailhawk! Derryck and Bill were great to deal with from start to finish. Very efficient through the process which I appreciate especially when you have kids along. Only thing that I feel could be improved is the ease of navigating the lot. Not the newest place out there but I will definitely be recommending Laurentian and Derryck Turcotte to anyone I know in the market.

Overall a good buying experience. And we love our Trailhawk! Derryck and Bill were great to deal with from start to finish.
