PHONED ABOUT THE RECALL NOTICE THAT I RECEIVED AND MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR 9 AM JANUARY 9/17...ARRIVED ON TIME TO FIND THAT THERE WAS NO RECORD OF THE APPT...THE SERVICE SEPT MANAGED TO FIT ME IN FOR THE RECALL AND AN OIL CHANGE ON MY 2016 JEEP AND I APPRECIATED THAT BUT HAD THEY BEEN BUSY, I WOULD HAVE GONE TO LAURENTIAN FROM CHELMSFORD IN POOR WEATHER FOR NOTHIING...HOW DIFFICULT IS IT TO RECORD THE APPT TIME AND CUSTOMER NAME...G. car servicing - oil change and recall service

Dropped car off in the morning. Was to be ready by 4:30PM. Received a call at 2:30 saying it was ready. When I walked in to pick it up, the parts guy Jay greeted me and Amanda was friendly and took car of the payment.

Best vehicle purchase experience to date!

I am so happy with my new jeep. Right from the beginning Dan and the others made me feel welcome. They actually cared about getting me the best deal and the best vehicle for me. I built a repor with each of the individuals I spoke to and that made the vehicle purchase so much easier. I knew I was making the right choice. I highly recommend Dan and the rest of the staff at The New Laurentian Chrysler.
