The customer service department was most kind and courteous but I found that their explanation of the problem with the back up camera and tail gate handle was less than factual and I tried to correct that information in subsequent emails.

The experience was OK but you need a better and more confortable environment when waiting on service for your vehicle and the service area could be more organized and clean. I'm sorry but I'm comparing you to the other dealerships I used to deal with. I love my Ram 3500. Thanks

I was told the recall upgrade /repairs would take 3hrs it took 6hrs. I was given a demo with empty tank of gas.

I am very impressed with Laurentian Chrysler's service. This was my first time dealing with them and having really bad experience with other dealerships in the past I was very worried and hesitant. I needed help getting the plug out for my block heater and they were happy to do so. Amazing service, I hope it continues! Thanks again

I had made my appointment online realizing the time of year it was for winter tire season. All parts and installation was scheduled beforehand and done in a timely manner. There was some confusion in pricing which wasn't quickly resolved but got done at the end of the purchase but it would have been nice to just stop by, pay for my purchase and leave. I was patient and realized that being staffed with New FCA employees is going to be a shortcoming at first but am confident it will get sorted out as people learn the protocols and procedures
