Exceptional service and friendly staff

I saw an ad for a 2014 Nissan Murano on Kijiji...this is what brought me into Laurentian Chrysler. I described the vehicle to Bob and he found it quickly and brought it around for me. He was very nice. I took it for a ride and fell in love with it! The team at Laurentian got everything together quickly for me. Darren took my 2005 Ford Escape as a trade in for a reasonable amount. He was even able to get the Murano cleaned, safety done, tricare protection complete and remote starter installed within 3 days so I could have the vehicle before Christmas! I was so happy! He even changed my plates over. Scott in finance was great...he got me a better financing rate and a good price on the tricare system. He made sure I had all the info I needed to get all the paperwork done easily and made me feel very comfortable about my purchase. Thanks Laurentian Chrysler!! I love my vehicle and your team was fantastic :)

Tow truck driver was very courteous. Amanda was trying to stay 'cool' even though there was a 'jerk' who didn't want to wait for his turn so....he broke the door on his way out. My ride home and back to Laurentian was very quick and courteous. Our Journey seems to like having an automatic battery charger.

Jeep Cherokee

Confused

Well, our car was in for 2 weeks before we got it back and it is only 1 1/2 years old. Wondering about this survey: a) yes/no response meant initially I could only answer no as I wasn't 100% happy b) it was so long ago that for a moment I couldn't figure out what it was for. I am concerned that that interpretation of "would not recommend" was applied???? Staff were very polite, had a feeling that because we had coverage for another car that we were not at the top of anyone's list for a long time.
