Can't believe you would make people write a minimum of 20 words. No one wants to fill surveys in the first place. I loved my vehicle buying experience but am very annoyed that I couldn't proceed with this survey with less than 20 words.

Sadly this was not a good first impression. My car was brought in for a 10 AM appointment, my car was not done till after three O'clock. There was no call to let us know it was going to be extremely late because of back ups. There also was no apology to us for the delay. Poor customer service for something that could have been delt with else where. Will have to think twice before making an appointment again.

If you want to book an appointment, it would be nice to talk to a person and not an answering machine. Then you have to wait for the person to return your call. Never had that problem before. In 4 calls, only once the person in parts and services answered the phone. I'm not sure what the receptionist is there for if she can't even book an appointment for an oil and filter. Otherwise the service was friendly and good.
