Winter tire changeober,

Left instructions on envelope for new windshield wipers with a 10.00 coupon - wasnèt completed. upon inspection of tires for winter changeover noticed one of the wheel nuts was replaced with a different nut so they are now not all the same. also had amplifier changed. It was on back order and we were supposed to be called when it came in but we found out it was there by calling in wondering if it was in yet. Went too long without a radio in the car.

I brought my 2014 RAM in for regular service (oil/lub,etc...) and also reported that the check engine light was coming on and off. The service department checked the vehicle and determined that there was a defective sensor. Much to my surprise, they had the part in stock and promised to have the vehicle ready before 5pm. It was actually ready well before that around 3:30. Fact that part was available saved me another trip to dealership! Greta news since I live 45 min away. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Thanks again.

I went to purchase winter tires and rims and had them installed. The staff was very kind and upbeat! I dropped my vehicle off and they had everything completed very fast! There is no doubt that I will be returning for service and to purchase my next car!
