Stephanie sure knows her cars- Answered all questions thoroughly-Bill, as usual, did his fine job. Am already acquainted with the people upstairs. Steph took us up to meet with the service manager. Very nice to reacquaint myself with Haven, Curtis and Rodger. Very nice to be back!!!!!

put us in a truck that suited our needs and budget and didn't try to oversell us .Calvin was very professional in his delivery of options we wanted and found the right truck for us. we would recommend him to other potential customers

I had a new battery installed in my '07 Sebring and was charged 2 hours labour. I was told it was because the battery was difficult to get to and that they had to remove a wheel but it only makes sense to me that Chrysler mechanics would be able to do that job in half an hour max. I am an 80 year old senior and had no choice but to pay but like I said, seems to me their mechanics probably installed the battery in half an hour. Service desk personnel are very friendly and accommodating.

I brought my truck in because my left headlight wasn't working. and the mirror light also wouldn't work. I have the gold package warranty and my truck had around 89,000 kms. After leaving my truck there all day they called me to pick it up then when I arrived they said this is not warrantied so we didn't fix it. I have to take time out my busy day to schedule these appointments and miss work to drop it off and pick it up. I was told on the phone when I booked the appointment that this was covered and they would fix it. I would have appreciated a phone call telling me it wasn't warrantied do you want us to fix it anyway. I took my truck to a different dealer who was much more courteous and have fixed my truck that was under warranty after all. I refuse to go to Laurentian's service department again after the way I have been treated in the past. I have owned several dodges and had several issues with that service department. Often I would bring my vehicle in for a service problem and the response would be, your truck is fine.

Electrical problems not sure yet if they have been found and repaired. This is an ongoing problem with some of your journey's. Horn blowing by its self and noise from fuse modual..

Our van is a new 2013 grand caravan . The first year it was great, then in August 2014 we were on the highway and the van stop dead , had a very hard time turning the wheel to get the van off the road. A few days later it happened again . there is always something wrong with this van. That is why its a lemon.
