They were courteous but took a lot longer than I thought it should. Lady at desk was very helpful in giving me time lines.

My mother in law had a bad experience at Laurentian Chrysler. Went in for an oil change. Picked up same day. Next day low oil pressure light came on. Vehicle had to be towed back to dealer. She was told she had to coordinate a tow truck. Vehicle arrived at dealers at 1130am and they were aware she had been on her way out of town at the time of the incident as she is from out of town. Called dealership at 130pm they had still not had the vehicle in. Vehicle was not ready until 500pm. Much confusion with every phone call and with every visit to the service department. Had to stay in town an extra day... no apology from service department. They claim a defective oil filter and place no blame on themselves but we will never know. Buyers beware the amazing customer service ends once you own the vehicle.

Very pleased dealing with Richard, he had everything arranged for my convenience in a "one stop" purchase, since I was driving in from Niagara and drove our vehicle home the same day.

Better email info would help, manual needs to be more complete and clear, especially regarding electronics. Vehicle handles well with good visibility..
