Service was very good. Washrooms not accessible to person in wheelchair (me). Wait time was excellent. employees courteous and helpful; she went to find the answers to my questions re warranty coverage.

Amanda was very helpful making my experience as stress free as possible trying to help me keep my yound kids busy by putting cartoons on the tv small gesture but it meant alot that she thought of it...also i was quoted 1 hr and the servicing was done 10 mins before the hour was reached!

Disappointing

Apparently communications is down at the dealership as word had not been sent through that I had rescinded one job. We were then expected to wait several hours for an oil change. I had also asked that a fastener be placed in the lower air dam as it is hanging down, and this did not happen. Lastly, time was spent estimating some brake work, something I hadn't asked for nor wanted.

Your dealership is nearly impossible to drive around or find a place to park. You should have fixed the problem correctly the first time.

The team was AMAZING. I have 2 kids, but they took time to make sure the kids we comfortable. They didn't try to push anything, just told it as it was. Derryck was great. Friendly and helpful. WIll always keep them in mind when looking at new or used car. Thanks for a great experience.
