The car rides well and is quite easy on gas. But like I said above we only drove about 900km. But it drives well and is quite and experience with the new electric gear-shift and so on. We do live the car.

in my years of dealing with dealerships ,I have to say that the experience I have received at laurentian was the very best.and also found bob macdonald to be a excellent salesperson.everything was explained very well to me.i must say I have been driving my new truck for about 2 months and loving everyday.

Dan is a great guy to deal with and a great truck. Had an event going on the day I bought but I didn't feel like I got anything from it. they guy they brought in from wherever was creepy and just talked through his script but didn't offer anything. Other than that, good experience.

We have purchased four vehicles over the course of four years, and have referred a family member to purchase as well. Our salesman this time, Brad, is an exceptional salesman. He devotes his complete attention to his customer and when issues arise, he jumps to it and does everything that he can to ensure the customer's happiness. Thanks to Brad, we returned to purchase a second vehicle. The financing end was one of the most positive financing experiences we have ever had, thanks to Bill. Always kind, friendly, professional. These guys always make you feel as if they were waiting for you to come! Kudos to Laurentian! They have definitely gained customers for life with our family. The service was excellent I had a slight vibration in the front from the rotors being out of round from factory and the steering wheel was slightly off centre and everything eas taken care of promptly and best of all no charge for the brake service which should'nt be anyway vehicle is new I would buy another vehicle there and recommend laurentian great service overall thank you laurentian Chrysler.. My experience at Laurentian has been friendly and professional. From the salesman up to the sales manager. LJ has been very helpful in keeping me up to date with the progress of my truck delivery. My experience was one i will tell alot of people about because i wouldnt want them to buy a vehicle here. Brad was great at the start and met all of my needs but i felt that after he knew i was buying the vehicle he was to busy to deal with me, when i was there to buy the vehicle it took an hour of me waiting as he was to busy selling another car to someone else so it was a late night in the office that night! And then it took a long time to get phone calls back after the fact or was hard to reach the dealer ship after the purchase! During the purchase Bill on the financial side of things convinced me to buy the protection for the vehicle and made me believe this warranty was " bullet proof " although its not in the fine print! I feel as if i was mislead on what the warranty actually covered. After the fact of buying the vehicle i found damage apearring on both sides of the vehicle from the front tires. Because the tires that come with the jeep are so agressive they throw all the rocks up onto the back fenders the door hinges and the door panels themselves. So after a while i found more then 50 chips on both sides scatterred everywhere. I was to call brad and he helped as much as he could, i also talked to bill and he said the warranty did not cover any of this! So in the end i had to deal with Jason Carriere and Bret Williamson the two gentlemen that run the business. At the start they only wanted to fix the paint on the fenders but only after i could buy the mud flaps out of my own pocket! Which after buying a 56 thousand dollar vehicle, with this "bullet proof" warranty its unfortunate that i would have to buy something to protect my vehicle when its not me damaging it. After arguing and talking to Bret they were able to give me mud flaps and i was satisfied with how they dealt with this. We made an appointment to superior auto for august 3rd! Which was suppose to take 2 days and be ready by thursday evening! I called jason to make sure he sent the mud flaps on august second! After calling superior auto they told me i was only to pick it up friday night and when i went to pick it up the jeep had no mud flaps on it as well as no more decals cause they were taken off the vehicle! Now the jeep does not look the same! After picking it up i had to drive it all weekend without mudflaps because he forgot to send them in, the jeep was now fixed but has more dents on the fenders because the mudflaps were not put on when fixed. After the fact i talked to jason on tuesday when he told me i could bring it in to laurentian for 10 minutes and they would be put on! I send my girlfriend there thinking it would be quick as i was told and it end up being a 50 minute fix and my girlfriend was late for her doctors appointment! When i get home to see the jeep they installed the front mud flaps but not the back so i feel as if there was a misunderstanding there but the jeep looks ridiculous and i would think they would have put on the four flaps for all four tires! All in all my experience was horrible and i would not go back to this dealer for any of my services or concerns! I have also not yet ever been contacted for any maintenance calls or they have never called me to see how anything is going. i have had to call for everything thats gotten done for myself and my jeep! This is very unfortunate cause i was hoping i would be buying a jeep off a dealership that i could have dealt with for life and i wish the dealership would have been there to back me up and help me out.

We travelled 2 hours to Sudbury and were able to purchase a vehicle and take it home the same day! Richard was awesome and very helpful and because of this I would return as a customer!
